Card Reader does not light when plugged into my computer.

Answer by Stephen Prastman

For the SD card to be recognized, you will actually need to install the drivers required by the CARD reader. For most of card readers, there is no need to install the drivers. Go to Start > right click Computer > Properties > Device Manager. Make sure that the card reader is detected in the Device Manager. If there is a yellow sign, right click the item and select Update Driver and let Windows look for drivers on the Internet. After a successful installation, the SD card should be available in the Computer.
